Q: I’ve never heard of Michigan Copper before, what is it?
A: Michigan Copper is a hop developed by the Great Lakes Hop Company in, you guessed it, Michigan. The hop was released in 2014, and acreage is slowly expanding. It has strong red fruit and pineapple aromas. The hops used in these soaps were grown in South Dakota on the Herds To Hops farm.
Q: I’m buying this as a gift. Can you send it to the recipient for me?
A: Absolutely! There is a notes section during the checkout process. Let me know that it’s a gift and I’ll wrap it for you. Have a note you want to add? We’ll include that too!
Q: Can you include a note if I order this as a gift?
A: You betcha! Let us know what you’d like to say and we’ll include it with the hops when they go out.
Q: Will you always carry these?
A: No- we partnered with the Local Brew Soap Company in Colorado to make these soaps. They’ve got a few bars and we have a few bars. We may partner with them in the future to make more soaps, but these are a limited offer.
Q: I’ve never used hop soap before. What if I don’t like it?
A: While we hope this isn’t the case, we know soap can be a very personal thing. If you don’t like the soap, let us know and we’ll refund your purchase.
Q: Are there any additional essential oils/perfumes/scents added to these soaps?
A: No, the only aromatics used in the soap were the hops. The coconut and sunflower oils will have some of their own natural scent, but there are no other added scents or perfumes used here.
