Quarterly Craft Malt subscription available for order now. Most recent box shipped in December 2020.

• Estate grown malts from Maverick Malt House in Wildorado, TX
  • Planning for Light Munich, Dark Munich, Caramel 60, Caramel 20 and “Red 1979” malts.
  • Hot Steep samples of each malt, and instructions for how to perform the hot steep sensory test.
  • Recipes for an English Strong Bitter and a Festbier.
