This Pale Ale features the hop that spurred the American Craft Brewing revolution: Cascade. At session strength, but full of flavor, this American Pale Ale features a mix of British and American grains.
The hops for this kit were grown by the Bineyard in upstate New York, near Syracuse. Once the most important hop growing state in the union, New York has recently begun to find it's footing again and there are several small farms producing hops with balanced acids and distinctive terroir.
Can be ready in 2-3 weeks, but best after 4 weeks from brewing.
Base Malts: Maris Otter Pale, TexMalt Wildfire Pale and TexMalt Wheat.
Yeast: SafAle US-05 (American Ale, Dry).
Additional equipment needed, and not included: Grain Mill.

- If giving this kit as a gift, we don't recomment milling as the grains may become stale if milled and unused for a period longer than 7-10 days.
