2018 South Dakota Grown Michigan Copper Hops

Stats:

  • Grown by Herds to Hops in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
  • 10.5% alpha acids
  • 2.53% beta acids

Notes:

  • A proprietary hop developed by Great Lakes Hops, Michigan Copper has loads of sweet red fruit flavors and aromas with good alpha acids content. Low beta acid content keeps the bitterness clean. Also has some pineapple and tropical fruits hints. Low beta acid content gives the hops a short finish to the bittering component. A great addition to NEIPAs or for those brewing beers for the hop-sensitive. Bold enough for hop lovers at the same time.
